# Terms of Service

## 1\. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Topicker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

## 2\. Description of Service

Topicker provides AI-powered SEO and GEO content strategy tools, including website analysis, topic cluster generation, article blueprints, GEO citation scoring, competitive intelligence, and AI article generation. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

## 3\. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

## 4\. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the service to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content; attempt to reverse-engineer the service; share account credentials; exceed your plan's usage limits through automated means; or use the service to scrape or harm competitor websites.

## 5\. Intellectual Property

Content generated by Topicker (articles, blueprints, reports) belongs to you. The Topicker platform, branding, algorithms, and proprietary methodologies remain our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the service itself.

## 6\. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in account suspension. Free plan limitations are enforced automatically.

## 7\. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. After expiration, your account reverts to the free plan. Data is retained for 90 days after downgrade.

## 8\. Limitation of Liability

Topicker is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for: content accuracy or SEO/GEO performance outcomes; service interruptions; data loss beyond our reasonable control; or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

## 9\. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or pose security risks. We will provide notice where possible. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.

## 10\. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, CA, except where prohibited by law.
