## Information We Collect

**Account Information** — When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and payment information. This information is necessary to provide our services.

**Usage Data** — We automatically collect information about how you interact with Topicker, including URLs analyzed, reports generated, and features used. This helps us improve the product.

**Device & Browser Information** — We collect standard technical data including IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers for security and analytics purposes.

## How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve Topicker's services. Specifically: generating reports and articles based on your requests, managing your account and subscription, providing customer support, and sending product updates (with your consent).

We do **not** sell your personal data to third parties. We do **not** use your URLs, reports, or generated content to train AI models. Your content strategy remains yours alone.

## Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). API keys are stored using industry-standard encryption. Our infrastructure is hosted on SOC 2 Type II certified providers.

We conduct regular security audits and penetration testing. Access to production data is restricted to authorized personnel with multi-factor authentication.

## Data Retention

Your reports and generated articles are retained for the duration of your subscription. Upon account deletion, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Usage analytics are retained in anonymized form for product improvement purposes.

## Your Rights

You have the right to: access your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, export your data in a portable format, and withdraw consent for marketing communications.

For GDPR-covered users: you may also object to processing, request restriction of processing, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

## Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies (with consent) to understand usage patterns. We do **not** use third-party advertising cookies.
