The output of a model probe test, including the AI's full response text, whether the brand was mentioned, which competitors were mentioned, the mention type (citation/recommendation/incidental/none), and the grounding confidence score.

**Example:** Probe result: ChatGPT response mentions 'Topicker' as a citation (grounding confidence: 82), mentions 'Surfer SEO' as a recommendation (grounding confidence: 75), and does not mention 'Clearscope'.
