# Generating Full Articles

On this page

## The Generation Process

Topicker's article generator takes a blueprint and produces a full-length, GEO-optimised article. The AI follows the blueprint's structure precisely: creating definition blocks where specified, maintaining target entity density, including FAQ sections, and writing standalone paragraphs optimised for LLM extraction. Generation typically takes a few minutes for a 2,000–3,000 word article.

## Quality Controls

Generated articles are automatically scored against the blueprint's GEO targets. If any dimension falls below the minimum threshold, the system highlights the specific sections that need improvement. You can also run a 'GEO audit' on any article — generated or human-written — to check its citation readiness before publishing.

## The Editing Workflow

Generated articles open in Topicker's built-in SEO editor, which provides real-time GEO scoring as you edit. The editor highlights entity density, flags paragraphs that aren't self-contained, and suggests structural improvements. Most generated articles need 15–30 minutes of human editing to reach publication quality.

## Export Options

Finished articles can be exported as Markdown, HTML, DOCX, or PDF. The Markdown export is optimised for CMS platforms like WordPress, Ghost, and Webflow. HTML exports include structured data markup. All exports preserve the structural elements (definition blocks, FAQ sections, heading hierarchy) that are critical for GEO performance.
