# Export Formats Guide

On this page

## Available Formats

Topicker supports four export formats: PDF (polished reports for stakeholders), DOCX (editable documents for content teams), Markdown (CMS-ready content for publishing), and HTML (structured markup with schema data). Each format preserves the structural elements critical for GEO — headings, definitions, entity markup, and FAQ sections.

## PDF Exports

PDF exports produce polished, branded reports suitable for client presentations and stakeholder updates. They include the full report with charts, graphs, and formatted tables. You can customise the header, footer, and colour scheme in Dashboard → Settings → Export Preferences to match your brand.

## Markdown & HTML Exports

Markdown exports are optimised for CMS platforms. They use clean, standard Markdown syntax compatible with WordPress, Ghost, Webflow, and other publishing platforms. HTML exports include structured data (JSON-LD) and semantic markup that preserves GEO optimisation when published directly.

## DOCX Exports

DOCX exports create editable Word documents that preserve formatting, headings, and structure. These are ideal for content teams that review and edit in Microsoft Word or Google Docs before publishing. The DOCX format maintains all structural elements including definition blocks and FAQ sections.
