# Account Setup & Preferences

## Profile Settings

Navigate to Dashboard → Settings to customise your profile. You can update your full name, phone number, location, company name, job title, website URL, bio, and avatar. Your profile information is used to personalise reports and can be included in exported documents.

## Notification Preferences

Topicker can notify you about report completion, report failures, article generation progress, and billing alerts. Configure these in Dashboard → Settings → Notifications. Each notification type can be toggled on or off independently. We recommend enabling report completion notifications for real-time workflow efficiency.

## Data & Privacy

Your analysis data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Reports are stored securely and only accessible to your account (or team members you explicitly invite). You can delete individual reports or request a full data export at any time through Settings. We never share your analysis data with third parties.
